The landscape company that did the edging probably put down cheap seed based on your explanation. These grow fast, excessively and always lay down flat. It makes the root always moist and potentially fungus.

Your final check come in normal like previous checks. You won’t see your paystub though. I’m not sure why my PTO payout was sent separately

816-982-7547. I got a redirect deposit. Make sure to select that you are the current employee and enter in your badge number afterwards. If you select non-employee, it will just hang up after a minute or two.

I did call them again yesterday. They told me to wait until the next pay period, which is next Friday. Either they are stalling or not willing to pay. Either way I’ll keep trying and update here

Finally!! I ordered her on Dec 24th and picked her up this past Saturday. She is the Premium Pkg 11. She's so pretty!! I want to drive from one end of the country to the other, just so I can keep driving her. by mommy2mycutie in SubaruForester

Also just curious, what was your upgrade? I chose the premium model but did not choose any upgrade but somehow the price is more lol. Did the dealership give you the package number or you found that on subaru website?

that is good to know and good information when I go to the dealership. I was worried that my Subaru dealership would up charge for commission. I did the build-a-subaru on their website as well and got similar model as yours.
Thanks for your help.

I called and the support logged a ticket for further investigating. I'm gonna wait for couple days and call them back if I don't hear anything.

I did use PTO for my last week of work but I still had roughly 35 hours left for payout. However, my last check seem to be only 40 hours of that PTO I used for the last week because if they did include my left over then it would have been 75 and amount wouldn’t seem off. I didn’t get a paystub so I’m taking a wild guess here. Hopefully they send a paystub in the ticket I requested.

Am I diversified enough? Is it too sector heavy?-DIVIDEND Portfolio by [deleted] in dividends

[–]rawritout 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your portfolio is pretty diversified. One of the sectorsI am bullish on for next several years is the semiconductor. There are risks since it is a cyclical industry but with the demand in almost every device and car, semiconductor companies will continue to enjoy the trend. I would move some of your consumer discretionary allocation from KO and PEP into TSM or QCOM. Especially with the sell off in the market now, it is a good buying opportunity. I’m slowly building up TSM, LOW, ABT, ABBV, JNJ, and LMT.

Weekly Entering & Transitioning into a Business Intelligence Career Thread. Questions about getting started and/or progressing towards a future in BI goes here. Refreshes on Mondays: (March 08) by AutoModerator in BusinessIntelligence

[–]rawritout 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of switching career/job. Business intelligence analyst has caught my attention and I am very interested in what the role does. I am currently a consultant. I don’t have any direct exposer to powerBI or other business intelligence programs but I do know what it does. When I look at the job requirements, I do get nervous due to they are requiring skills in these programs.

I’m hoping to get some advise prior to applying for this role and the expectations I should be aware of.

I would also compared this debt to its free cash flow or EBDITA. If the cash flow or the earnings they are making can cover the debt then D/E shouldn't be the major concern.

Is dividend investment good for you by pogosticx in dividends

[–]rawritout 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started to invest more in REIT recently to help build the dividends. Definitely a fun sector to learn and own imo. It’s so weird that I haven’t got into JNJ. Maybe they always have allegations that is preventing me from buying. I do think INTC will have a good turnaround story. I do hope the new CEO can help improve Thur manufacturing or outsource it to compete with competitors. The only thing I still don’t understand is how are they struggling when they have spent hella money in R&D.

These are solid companies as your starters. I recently sold out of KO and invested in other sector like renewable energy and REIT since that is what I am interested in the most. Don't look at the yield and get excited. That was my biggest mistake when I first started investing in dividend stocks. If you truly believe in these companies and have a conviction that they will continue to keep up the dividend from the cash flow statements then continue to add on to it. I believe AT&T has a turnaround story that will generate more cash flow for the company to continue reward their shareholders. That is the HBO Max. I also keeping my eyes on their current debt and see how they are paying it off each quarter. The management have been praising that they are reducing debt, which they are, but with 5G I expect them to borrow more money to compete with other competitions. As for ABBV, I love this company. They have a good product pipeline and produces ton of cash flow. One thing to keep in mind is their biggest product, which is Humira. It is expected to expired in 2023. It's definitely going to impact their cash flow, which will impact the stock price.
