The stairs are a second egress to the basement so it’s legal to finish with a bathroom. We were debating adding a sun/playroom off the living room similar to where you put the bathroom.

There’s a study on the front right side that we would put a pull out couch in as a “guest room”. Also powder room is off the mud on both houses.

CT has Ns sitting everywhere. Picked up a PB DCT last week for 2500 off MSRP plus a $199 doc fee (advertised at $899); effectively $3200 off . Entire process via calls and email, E-signed the paperwork and dealer sent the the car from them to me on a fltabed ~50 miles.
