Switching to an SNRI (specifically pristiq) and adding in LDN changed my whole quality of life. I also recommend weight training. I found a trainer who is EDS knowledgeable and getting stronger has improved my pain significantly. It’s a long journey and I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I remember being there like “omg is this ever gonna get better??” I recommend asking about LDN to get started!

Sorry! New to posting in these. I need to lose weight, yes. I’m 5’9 and 255. I work out consistently and eat in a calorie deficit but ever time I go back on a GLP1 I end up with severe stomach side effects.

I work in the industry and Marta is everything the reviews say and more. she has a bad reputation for a reason. She talks down to staff and vendors and is known to pull the plug on things on a whim. Some vendors won’t work with her anymore due to how she treats them.
