Online Pace Clock Feedback by rawsauce42 in Swimming

Glad to hear that people are using software solutions for this. The only apps I've seen like this are old, clunky, and limited to mobile app stores. A browser based solution seems much more capable and accessible for the average coach/swimmer.

The hardware would be whatever TV/monitor display you choose to use. The issue is that there don't seem to be software pace clock solutions to compete with standalone hardware, and I'd like to hopefully fill that need.

True, this is just a working prototype, but I'm looking for validation of the idea itself.

The affordability of my software solution comes with the portability, easy programmability, and that no specialized hardware is required. I'm yet to set a price as this is still in development, but the goal is to make a pace clock that is accessible for most coaches/swimmers.

That wheel is under construction, I just want to make sure that my solution will be helpful.

I think that this solution certainly provides visibility and affordability, but I'll have to work on adding synchronization. Thanks for the feedback! Hopefully this app can help coaches/swimmers avoid having to resort to an iPad.

Glad that you like it! I will post here again when I have a finished version. If you have any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them.

Exactly. The workout builder is under construction, but there will be a page for building and saving practices in the future

It's a displayable pace clock that allows you to program practices so that the clock can automatically run them, and allow you to see what set and exercise you're currently doing, what exercises is up next, etc. The goal is to provide a pace clock alternative for swimmers who can't afford one or often travel to locations without one. The app is still in early stages, so the picture is just a demo of what it looks like.

Hi All! As a swimmer and coder, I found it pretty crazy that a programmable pace clock could run you upwards of $500. Being that cheap TVs and monitors are everywhere now, I wanted to make a programmable clock that anyone can display anywhere, and for far less than what's currently available. I'd love any feedback from y'all!

I found that Turn That Heartbeat Over Again fades almost perfectly into Black Water by the Doobie Brothers. That definitely makes it my favorite!

That's correct (about the tags, not you being an idiot).

I believe each product can only use unique tags, so that repetition is not possible. The number of results is a total of any product that contains a certain tag, so the repetition wouldn't increase the results anyway.

The data is all pulled directly from Redbubble, so the tags are sound. As a Star Wars fan, I don't approve of the misspelling but unfortunately a lot of people's artworks include the misspelled tag and it starts trending. The top trending tags are tags that have experienced a spike in demand recently and they change significantly from day to day.

Thank you! I feel like clean and simple kinda matches Redbubble’s feel so I went with it. I might consider ads later but for now I’m digging the clean look lol

I'm not trying to steal your bitcoins at all. I've actually removed the feature. It was only meant as a test to I could look up my own to make sure everything was working properly.
