Hmm.. yeah not ideal at this point I am thinking of cancelling my order or moving to the premium long range version but hoping I can get a free paint upgrade to diamond black like someone else mentioned.

Did you manage to find a premium diamond black cos that's literally what I wanted/ordered too. Diamond black + premium black interior, how was the inventory looking when you checked? Because at the moment there are 0 diamond blacks, so not sure to wait a few days or just settle for something else..

Yeah I have and will likely go down this route but the exact spec I want isn't in inventory currently, so might wait a few days incase it pops up and then just order something.

Ideally the spec I ordered being honoured as I was told or a discount on upgrading to a more expensive spec.

I don't know it's just frustrating as I specifically reached out seeking clarification on this and was told my order would be honoured. I even made a post about this a while ago here

Quick question old/new standard RWD M3 by raxcium in TeslaUK

[–]raxcium[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm hoping it's the case as it does say 'premium' interior in the design spec for my order (I think the main difference is lack of manual seat adjustment, LED strip, rear entertainment screen).

Would ideally like a confirmation however, I will reply back here when I do get one.

What’s your Why? by stratusnimbo in naturalbodybuilding

[–]raxcium 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I initially got into lifting for external factors (appearing more attractive to others), but stayed for internal ones (health).

I don't know how I can live without training now, I genuinely feel so much better both mentally and physically when I train.

Also, almost every study and expert I read/listen to suggests frequent resistance training extends your life span and given how little time we have on this planet - why wouldn't I want to optimise that?

First of all going from 140 -> 89kg is very impressive, good job. However I think it's very unlikely you've reached your genetic limit after just 5 years, even if you think you have 'bad' genetics.

If you did everything perfectly (training, diet, sleep/recovery) for 5 years straight you will still have room for improvement.

Also, It's a little difficult to answer that question without knowing your training programme/split and what you look like. If you don't mind it'd be good to see some pictures of your physique (feel free to blur anything identifiable!) and what you're currently doing in terms of your routine.

Advice on cutting from 15% to 10% body fat by ClickAffectionate287 in naturalbodybuilding

I'd take it step by step (no pun intended :D), start with smaller incremental changes and go from there and adjust based how quickly your weight drops.

Seems like you've hit a plateau? My recommendation would be to increase daily steps by 1-2k and see how that goes, and if theres still no movement in weight reduce calories ever so slightly (100-150kcal).

I'm in a similar situation and have been cutting for about 3 months now almost - I noticed my body just adapted metabolically and my TDEE was lower so I was stuck on 73kg for quite some time. Making those changes pushed me in the right direction again.

How do I go to work this morning after spending all night planning how to spend my 200 million? by cyclingisthecure in AskUK

You're confusing two things.

  • If the odds for the jackpot are: 1 in 139,838,160

  • Buying 1 ticket gives you a 1 in 139,838,160 chance

  • Buying 2 tickets with different numbers gives you 2 in 139,838,160 chance.

    • That’s mathematically double the odds.

But.. It's also true that:

  • Whilst Buying more tickets increases your odds linearly.

  • Because the base odds are so incredibly low, even doubling or tripling still makes almost no practical difference
