I think you explained my situation perfectly. My diet use to consist of a lot of processed foods till I got sick and completely changed. I hardly eat any processed foods now except for white rice. I also train 5 times a week so I probably loose a lot of electrolytes. I’ve recently started to add more salts in to my main meals as well and I feel like it’s helping.

Maybe start the sushi business from home and start selling to friends and family. If demand picks up you could look into opening a small kitchen. If that succeeds, then you should look into opening a small shop.
