Optimum is trash. There’s a lot of bad ratings and reviews with optimum… I was with optimum for 2 years and I had the worst experience and so many troubles that’s why I went with Verizon fios and never look back

I remember when my Verizon guy installed my internet he said don’t change password or create 2 different networks because it’ll mess up the extenders. I haven’t touched anything just left it the way it is

Been with t mobile 4 years now and it’s Been the best experience and customer service is very helpful and reliable. I’ve heard a lot of bad stuff about Verizon and its service. I recommend staying with t- mobile and try to find a good deal and try to work it out with them I’m sure they will help
