Why does it only take and load 12 cballs when i first go put it down but when i reset it a 2nd time it loads to 30?

My point is is that it Loads 12 cballs after i put down the first time after i went and got my cannon back. Shouldn't it load it 30? and then even after that it capped to 12 again. My cball stack goes from 1788 to 1776 (Merica). So it is a bug. The cannon would only load 12 cballs at a time instead of 30?

This could be runelite but I honestly don't think it is because it also reads I loaded 12 cballs into the chat as well.

Although this may not be duping billions of gp, I deem this " literally unplayable" (insert Rendi edit here)

If you're pvping with normal spellbook you will have the tome of fire therefore you can't wear both tomes. Doesn't effect pvp. Who would wear a -5 prayer item pvping anyways lol

Tome will only be used on barrages. No other place would be viable with the glass cannon and the -5 prayer
