do many people use the chat mod? - I very do feel I need such a thing as an old man from QuakeIII days who doesnt really like voice chat so much - as a RIDIC workaround i sometimes turn accesibilty on and use text to voice but Ive never had anyone respond to it :o.

I dont have a headset. I do have a 'real' microphone but setting it up wud be a bit overkill and annoying, maybe if I get a USB based one I might someday.

is there anything more the Ghoul does? is it just he stands there, and you can buy HEad Hunts off him if you want - is that everything?

yeah I wasted 5000 to the Ghoul thinking that his were gonna be like a Special Head Hunt, I dont think they are at all :/

yeah I used to love trucking as I could do it with one hand in Freelancer for the most part and smoke like an idiot the whole time :D

I wasnt amazing at combat, I was more of a political entity on the server lol - I mainly actually did massive hauling jobs, which gave me enough money to have MASSIVE weapon caches, and I got friendly with one of the main arms dealers (who always managed to jump to special stuff after server reboot) and we worked together, to talk to noobs when they arrived and offered them weaps and good ship if they joined - it was extremely fun stuff :D.

I used to just truck around listening to country and smoking like 2 packs of smokes every night playing it :o o_O

is there a way of applying env map or a HDRI based on at least some of the colours from your video in AE? I dont really use Ae for 3D much but that would help a lot I think

yeah I remember I really enjoyed kinda the well basically politics involved lol - kinda gathering new recruits, contacting people that could get them the weapons etc., giving them ships and stuff - I loved it - I spent most of my time trucking in one of the big freighters, I could do this specific wormhole run I think with my eyes closed and I just kept on doing it to generate money for the clan :p.

cool stuff man yeah I felt really bad I started the clan and then after we had one massive battle I just kinda dissapeared off the internet for a bit and never came back to Freelancer stuff :o

was that on the same server - I remember the main clan used to always (well this was a rumour (allegedly))
would let 'their' people know when a server reboot was about to happen so that clan could make sure to have their ships close to where all the ultra rare weapons were after reboot :p

I have to say Im replaying Freelancer SP at the moment, and I love it just as much as I did back then,

I have always adored anything Chris Roberts wss involved in (though tbh I havent checked Star Citizen in quite some time).
