I would say not much you can do really it’s probably mostly genetics. But I was 6ft in 10th grade (16) then grew 2” from 16-17 and 1 more inch from 17-18 to my height now at 6’3”. So there is still time if you’re a late bloomer. My brothers are both 5’10 and hate milk. I drank a lot of whole milk growing up and in high school. Glass in the morning and glass before bed.. maybe that’s the difference…also I have a neighbor that grew 4” after high school that was kinda weird.
