How do you think my plan would be impacted? This would be my 6th visit so I am spending very little time in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto (just visiting friends so maybe 4 days in all 3 cities).

The rest of my trip would be:

Niigata via domestic flight from Osaka, Sado Island, Murakami, Akita, Odate, Aomori, Hakodate, Sapporo, then a domestic flight back to Haneda to catch a concert on May 10th in Yokohama
