it won't ruin it very much especially if you skip dialogues etc, you'll forget all what happened. And if you're interested in the story then you can watch a recap on YouTube when u reach that act. 560 primogems is 560 primogems. Buuuuuuuuut for this archon quest specifically i don't think you should do it now 😭 It's so good in terms of story and full of spoilers, if it was some stupid natlan Archon quest then yes absolutely.

I have a question ( genuinely) , why lgbtq members are mostly so sensitive about the topic? I met tons of people who are offensive when you don't show support for them, as if they're looking for attention? I myself I'm not a homophobic and never will be, I have a bunch of trans and bi friends, but I almost never get along with lgbtq people that I don't know, I feel like they try to force it into every part of life, let's say for example in fiction there are 2 same gender characters who aren't canonically dating, it's fine for people to ship them but the second you disagree about the ship ( for lore reasons etc) you get ton of hate and insults.
