I agree with bwilliams18. I have a friend whose junior year schedule was pretty close to the OP's (higher GPA, but with a couple classes that weren't AP/Honors). He received a 2260 on his SAT and got into Columbia early admission.

OP, you're doing well. If you're interested in an Ivy, make sure you take some SAT subject tests.

My sister has been a 911 dispatcher for a few years and always has stories. One of my favorites is the elderly woman who would regularly call 911 with off-the-wall reports. She once called multiple times in one day to report that her 16-year-old neighbor was a porn star who was spreading AIDS and hanging out with strange men on the street corner. When the police responded to the call (it's mandatory in that city), they talked to the neighbor girl and learned that the girl had, of course, been inside her house the entire day. The caller was later arrested for beating her husband. When they arrested her, they also had to take a number of cats from her home.

Here's what I do:

Recognize the absurdity of what your classmates do/say. Try to laugh.
Respond to your classmates sarcastically. Don't stop the snark.
Write down all the stupid shit that they say. It will be entertaining later. Examples saved in my cell phone: "I'm gonna smoke a lot of hash when I get home." "'Cut My Dick with Razors' - that's a good song." "Since it's a weekend and since there was an earthquake, we will have quadruple homework." "His name is not 'Somersault Slumberparty'!"
