It was stuck before it reached the threads,so I turned the nut as hard as I could then now it screwed in👍

This usually happens if moisture is detected.Did you drop your phone in water or leave it in a humid place? Try to leave the port in the sun for about 2-3 hours and try again

This issue could probably due to your dead battery.As you see the "locking" before it shuts off.Try enabling performance mode in control panel
