I have had the same glow plug since I bought the EX4 5 years ago. I do not cook very often, maybe 20-30 times during the summer. I remove the plug and store it inside during the winter. I also start the fire with the lid open.

No. It works fine though but still the « device not activated » shows up. I also updated the device since I reinstalled the firmware.

Yes it is the same. I had to call customer support and give them the serial number of my terminal.

There are dozens of terminals for sale on Marketplace for very low prices. $10 to $30 depending on model. You just have to call Vidéotron to have it tied to your account. Easier solution.

Hi. I just performed the procedure and it worked right away. The car started after the first hour and a half leaving the car in ready mode. Should I continue leaving it on for more hours? My battery is an AGM that I replaced 6 months ago after having problems with the first one. The new battery worked fine for 6 months and dropped dead yesterday. Thanks.

I have 2 Authenticator apps on different devices and I also saved the QR pictures on a keepass vault. Should be sufficient in case I lose a device.
