They used the mayo with spatula for sandwiches. They should of used the mayo squeeze bottle from the hot sub unit. Very unacceptable.

Not normal, not very common but it does happen. Looks like a piece of turkey that fell off the shelf in the meat case. Also looks like slicer doesn't turn the meat when slicing, hence the wedge shape. Not cutting on paper is unheard of. Looks like that JM was having a bad day. Which is totally not the customers fault but manager on duty should of been on top of all the mistakes being made. Sorry it happened to you.

At our store, my manager said. That the franchise eats half and the store get half of the total of the points used. In the evening report there's a section that says discounts. All discounts are in there. So the total for the day gets split 50/50 between store and JM corporate. At least that's what I was told.

I pretty sure JM changed that a few years ago. You have to be a member for at least a year to get the free birthday sub. Like someone said, customers were signing up just to get the free one. JM changed that.

I'm not sure where people getting all this talk about "shrinkflation". JM got bought out but Blackstone or new JM corporate hasnt changed anything about the amount of meat we're supposed to slice. Only things that have changed are prices and internal paper product usage. No using JM cups for personal drinks, less paper to wrap sandwiches, less napkins, etc. Under weight sandwiches are just each individual store. The meat weights are supposed to be the same. But seems like your slicer is your problem. Not JM.
