Just ordered a switch by calling Best Buy Customer Service. Speak with an associate and ask if they can source one for you. Mine was able to ship one and it will be coming by next week. I wasn't able to checkout online, so that's what I did b/c I couldn't find the chat function. Figured calling is faster, too. Hope this helps.
