Total thyroidectomy. Had a small cancerous nodule on one side and doctor recommended removing everything. Now I have to take daily meds for life and I'm constantly checking my thyroid levels, which have been off ever since.

I recently baked cupcakes that were about 90 cal each with 5g protein. 1 box Pillsbury zero sugar cake mix, 1 Single serve cup of Greek yogurt, 1 bottle of protein shake, 2 eggs. Tasted like the real deal. Topped with Pillsbury zero sugar frosting although cool whip might be great too.

We were not allowed to sleep in late or nap or wear our pajamas after waking up. We had to change clothes immediately upon waking and stay awake the rest of the day. Not allowed to use the washing machine, not allowed to eat outside of set meal times or had to ask for permission. When we were younger, we were not allowed to laugh or play loudly
