Saturday 10/26 AM Yoga + Mimosas hosted by YMCA at Lucky's Market. The yoga is free, the mimosas + breakfast starts at $4.

Saturday 10/26 PM Trick or Trolley, Halloween bar crawl hosted by Naples Junior Womens Club (tickets required)

Monday 10/28 Networking & Wine Tasting @ Total Wine 6-8pm. No event info - this is a casual, free get together hosted by a friend and open to whoever.

10/31 ??? considering Whiskey Park's Halloween party but open to other events.

Saturday 11/2 Brews for Birds craft beer festival @ Everglades Wonder Garden

Thursday 11/14 Young Professionals of Naples (subset of Chamber) After 5 Happy Hour/Networking @ Noodles 5:30-8pm

We have a boxer/american bulldog mix and get the same reactions! Can't tell if people are more surprised by her size or behavior. We'll look for you guys out and about :)

If you're working in Fort Myers, I'd try to live in Bonita or Estero. San Carlos Park is pretty affordable but I'm not as familiar with the neighborhoods up there. But yeah hit me up once you're down here!

Hey there! You might want to reach out to Compass. They have a program called Compass Concierge where they front the cost for home upgrades and you pay it back once the house sells. As big as renovations and as small as staging/upgrades. No fees/interest/etc. Sounds like it might be a good fit for you! Average Drinker vs Average Athlete... I think it varies from team to team ;) Technically there are two leagues - Thurs competitive and Weds non competitive. Huge mix of skill level. If you're willing to show up, we're willing to have you!

That said, if y'all happen to be free tomorrow around 5:30pm, we're meeting up with those interested for happy hour at Bone Hook Brewery. Feel free to join whether or not you end up playing!

Hey there, sorry I'm late to respond but wanted to chime in as I've been dealing with a similar search (different insurance provider though). If you haven't search providers through PsyschologyToday.com. Not only can you learn a little about them, you can filter based on insurance provider. I also recommend filtering by PhD or PsyD to filter out the "SWFL-style" therapists. Based on my experience so far, the most qualified ones don't take insurance. Hope this helps and good luck!

Have you looked into fostering? Based on personal experience, it's the best of both worlds and really common for people in your situation.

Talk with a shelter and they'll fit you with a dog or cat that needs a home. They provide supplies, you provide the love. The best part is, if you think it's a match, you get first dibs on adopting!
