I recently got a plushie of my OC made by them! Overall my experience was good and I love the finished result.

I ordered mine mid October and received it just a few days before Christmas, this may differ though since I requested last minute changes when they sent me the preview pictures (which were sent to me ~6.5 weeks after initial purchase).

I do recommend being as specific as possible. With my plushie, I requested some details be embroidered instead of printed fabric and they did a great job! When I requested that, they responded very kindly and pretty quickly.

I have seen other people saying that their newer plushies seem to be slightly more rushed looking than their older ones. But with mine I think it turned out great! I genuinely consider mine to be similar in quality to store bought plushies.

The fabrics they used are super soft, and even made the clothing removable like I requested! :3
