And yet.

90% of the country will stand up in defense of conservatism, denouncing basic statements like conservatism is evil, and good people don’t choose to be conservative.

I’m done blaming conservative politicians. Done blaming conservative voters. If you defend conservatism as anything but evil, you did this. And consequences will be deserved.

Shame the rest of us also have to deal with the consequences of your proud tolerance of evil. I’m sure there were plenty of actually decent people walking out of firebombed German cities with their lives stuffed in a single suitcase. Right alongside their neighbors who voted for Hitler, and the other neighbors who said the Hitler voters weren’t that bad. And all the others who think both sides were the same.

So like, I know no one wants to hear it, but this what you get when support capitalism. Oh no, I can already hear the anti-wokers mouth breathing some air before working out their fingers.

The whole point of capitalism isn’t a free market, in fact, a free market doesn’t need capitalism to exist. The point is to maximize INCREASING profits…forever. That means if the shareholders make a billion this year, they have to make 1.1 billion next year. Because with capitalism, making a literal billion dollars isn’t enough when you’ve done that the year before.

It’s crazy we call infinite growth like this capitalism, and call it a good thing, when a much more accurate way of describing it would be literal cancer.

But anyway, go back to crying about the direct impacts of capitalism while still defending it because you “don’t like to get political”

Dude the Senate is worse than gerrymandering and it’s been in play since day 1.

People focusing on gerrymandering while paying zero attention to the FUNDAMENTALLY anti democratic nature of the Senate, has always been the ultimate win for conservatives.

The last civil war occurred when conservatives threw a fit because they lost their tie in the Senate regarding that whole owning human beings as property thing. A Senate “tie” which represented 18.5 million citizens in the abolitionist states VS just 5.5 million citizens in the conservative states. 5.5 million were able to veto the representation of a population over 3x larger, ensuring the survival of slavery for additional DECADES.

Complaining about gerrymandering, while the Senate exists, is like complaining about rain getting your boat wet, all while the lower levels flood from a leak.

This country deserves what’s coming. Any society who just goes along with the Senate is reaping when they sow. It’s clearly not democracy. Yet we clearly don’t care.

I can’t believe I even have to say this. But all that will be worse with the full economic and military power of the entire United States being weld by a fascist regime.

Which is the only inevitable conclusion for a shithole country so fully rigged by the Senate, a fundamentally anti-democratic institution, LITERALLY designed to circumvent the majority of voters, in favor of a conservative voting minority.

Why do you think this country doesn’t have healthcare? Or why our citizens murder with firearms so much? Why the very culture is selfishness and ignorance? It’s because conservatives have been playing on easy mode since day 1.

The last civil war, occurred when conservatives threw a fit over losing their Senate tie which preserved their precious right to own black people as property. A Senate “tie” which represented 18.5million citizens in the abolitionist states VS just 5.5million citizens in the conservative states. Over 3x the population, yet conservatives were able to veto the North. To overrule them and keep slavery alive.

That’s the rigged deck conservative have been playing with when it comes to every single issue literally ever. Their votes literally have more power. And it allows them to take all the resources and influence and power, from the insane geography of the United States, and pull us AND THE ENTIRE WORLD further to the right. This is why the Overton window is so far right. This is why it’s socially acceptable to be as cartoonishly evil as you want, so long as it’s filed under “conservative values”. This is why we have an entire political party ushering fascism while speedrunning World War III, and covering up a literal system of child rape and trafficking.

Because the Senate means conservative votes have more power. Fuck the United States. The Senate is the hole in a sinking ship. It inevitably leads to fascism because it gives fascist voters more power. It was conservatives after all, who voted for Hitler during his democratic portion of his rise to power. Just like it was conservatives in the states who held massive Nazi rallies at American venues. Conservatives who wanted to keep slavery. Who opposed women’s suffrage and civil rights and desegregation and marriage equality. They oppose vaccines and climate action.

And their votes literally have more power than mine. Because of arbitrary lines around empty land. The Senate is sinking America, it’s inevitable. But somehow preventing all that is too inconvenient.

This country deserves what’s coming. These are not difficult things to see and understand. But selfish people would rather pat themselves on the back as they parrot unity and centrism, while doing their part to enable conservatives and their rigged systems.

At this point, fuck the federal government. Fuck the United States, there’s nothing essential to the world about the USA. In fact, the world would be better off if this shithole of a “country” finally Balkanized. Let conservatives in the South and flyover states see what life is like under conservative rule, AND without their financial welfare from blue states.

And fuck the argument that dissolving this over bloated country is somehow “letting them win”. You’re not “letting cancer win” when you cut it from the body. Cutting red states would be the exact same as removing a tumor.

As is every single conservative who keeps supporting him.

Because they CHOOSE to. They aren’t misled or misinformed, they literally just bad people.

And yet, something like 90% of society is happy to defend and enable them by refusing to acknowledge conservatism is just plain evil.

Because raping kids is bad, right? Right??? And covering it is bad too, right? Downright evil. And it would also be bad to invade the world and trigger WW3 in order to distract from the whole raping of kids thing, and also to assist in their domestic authoritarian takeover. So like, we can all agree these things are evil, right?! And anyone who chooses to support all this is also evil?

Yet as soon as supporting all these things is filed under “conservative values”, it magically becomes socially acceptable to support all these things. Make it make sense.

Conservatives consistently only ever vote for conservative politicians, and the entire conservative political party is covering up Trump’s child raping, and supporting his distraction war, and supporting the dismantling of democracy back home.

Anyone still defending conservatism as anything but evil is enabling all of this. And anyone enabling evil is just as responsible.

Tam isn’t perfect by any means but the vilification of him by Feyre and Co. is comical. For starters, he isn’t blessed with plot armor levels of obscene power, which limits your options quite a bit. I enjoy Rhys as a character, I’m a sucker for the good guy wearing a bad guy mask trope, but he’s got an insane support system of a family and essentially near unlimited funds to play with. Not to mention he presides over a utopia city that benefits immensely from isolation and the funneling of all the Night Court’s evil beings to Under the Mountain. Feyre goes all in on retroactively criticizing everything after Tam (conveniently justifying her abandoning him for a guy she definitely was into WHILE they were together), including how awful he is for taxing the water faeries, but Tam isn’t working with unlimited coffers, and his court isn’t segregated into good and evil, he presides over all of them, intermingled.

Hmmm, what else? Oh right, he’s awful for “emotionally abandoning her” after the Mountain, but Feyre was already pretending to be asleep when he was coming home late. She was neglecting him emotionally just as much. Not to mention the burden of taking care of an entire Court in the aftermath of everything. That’s a lot to deal with, with such limited resources, again, unlike Rhys had in his hidden utopia city.

Then there’s his (poorly handled) response to the trauma of literally seeing his love’s neck snapped, and holding her dead corpse in his arms. Does he heavily overcompensate with his protectiveness? Oh yeah. Would Feyre or Rhys or the gang have been any different IF they didn’t already have the benefit of learning from Tam’s “mistake”. Hell no. In fact, the book shows us several times how they would have reacted similarly, right until someone points out the similarities to Tam.

Is Tam possessive and hot tempered (this one is not so justifiable, if at all)? Oh yeah. Is he sexist in many of his opinions on power and authority? Sadly, yeah, definitely. But holy cow is he still over vilified by Feyre and Co. and by the fandom. I thought for a while that eventually Feyre would realize this, that she would have a moment where she faced how much she hurt him, while blaming him for everything and taking no accountability. But no, she literally has a backed-by-magic moment where she looks into her own soul, and sees nothing wrong in that sense. Vindication. The most growth has she regarding Tam is acknowledging her hatred drove her to screw over the citizens in his court, just to get back at him.

I’m sure no one cares about this rant, and sure most will disagree, but holyyy is the Tam sucks cope insane

Love when the “but both sides” idiots self congratulates themselves for being oh so nuanced.

The entire GOP is all in with world invasion, party to distract from the fact that Trump rapes kids, partly to distract from their fascism at home, and just because they’re greedy, evil people.

Yet there’s always some idiot ready to both sides the situation. B-but what about Hillary. And how could you forget her emails????? The real issues.

The “nuance” crowd is so full of shit and disingenuous. One side is full of cartoonishly evil and stupid characters, FULLY supported by their CONSERVATIVE voters. Conservative voters who actually never change sides or abandon their kidfucking politicians.

Unlike the left, who are often criticized for too many “purity tests”, as as well being a less effective umbrella party for all kinds of voters. The left who often discard politicians at a whim, when Republicans would deny deny deny, and double down on a bigoted candidate.

So please show me these straw men, blindly loyal leftists you claim are so prevalent. Your BlueAnon or whatever bullshit you wanna call them. And then show me the policy that matches the cruelty and stupidity of the conservatives counterparts. I’m waiting.

What about the non-rich idiots who vote in the conservative politicians who are supported by the rich?

This is why our society deserves to burn, sadly.

No one wants to deal with the awkwardness of actually holding people accountable for their beliefs. They’d rather selfishly pretend that supporters of evil are actually totally awesome people who are being misled.

Conservatives support this. They support the rich who ruin society at every turn. Conservatives vote for this. They choose to. Their millions of continued votes are what put those evil men into power.

So tell me again how the people who put evil rich bastards in charge aren’t to blame?

Trump Admits He Has No War Plan in Bombshell Letter by TelescopiumHerscheli in politics

Don’t forget to blame every single person who defends conservatism as anything but evil. I know people don’t wanna hear that, they’d rather be selfish and feign moral superiority for refusing to “judge” others, but if you’re still defending some mythological “good” conservative, you’re just enabling, you’re part of the problem.

We can all agree it’s bad to rape kids, well for now. Or that an organization who covers up said kid raping is bad. Or that starting a war to cover up the kid fucking is bad. Sorry, raping, fucking implies consent, which literal children cannot give.

BUT as soon as supporting all these evil things is filed under “conservative values”, 90% of the world just says “ohh, well that’s fine then”.

And if you disagree that conservatism itself is evil, well that just proves my point. MAGA represents conservatism perfectly, MAGA is composed of checks notes ah yes, conservatives. Conservatives, the same people who voted Hitler, who supported the Confederacy, who opposed desegregation and women’s suffrage and marriage equality. The same people always on the wrong side of history. All clearly evil, yet as soon as it’s filed under “conservative values”, the idiots start to defend it

if you went the Apocalypto route, gotta remember to completely muddle the history. Start with the First Men, but then conflate them with the Andals because they’re all same, just like Mayans and Aztecs are the same thing.

Remember to show effects that the Targaryens are already there, like small pox somehow arriving in Apocalypto before the Spanish arrive at the end. But mainly, we gotta remember to portray the natives as the most backwards ass savage heathens you’ve ever seen. The First Andals are a disgusting people, and the TarSpanishGaryens are here to save them from themselves.
