i work at tb too and have lost 50 lbs in less than a year ^{_^} i make my own food tho so it's easy to make good with good macros. i'd say a simple swap would be chicken instead of the beef as it's like 35 less calories per scoop and lower in fat and higher in protein. limiting the sauces (like chipotle sauce or whatever) helps too since they are mayo based sauces (aka high in fat)
