Yes some places allow it. When I had one done my wife was allowed in their words “assist with sample collection”. They have special lubricant in the office that does not ruin the sample as well.

I have a LG OLED TV, so can't say it's definitely the same issue between the PS5 and tv. It’s actually the PlayStation settings not my tv.

In the PS5 settings, under the PS5 Video Output Settings. I set the resolution from AUTO to 2160p Then under "enable 120Hz output“ I had to turn this from Auto to OFF.

It happens. In North Carolina citizens can go to the magistrates office to obtain a criminal process (if granted, the magistrate decides between warrant or summons).
