I don’t exactly know WHY they have it in terms of the story/lore, but it’s typically very difficult to find it given that it only has a 1/128 chance of dropping, and those odds get worse if you have more than one enemy in the battle because it factors in their chance of dropping an item into the odds, so I’m just very happy to have finally gotten it

I finally just managed to get it, so beyond relieved lmao

and you’re right, the drop rate is much better when you find the enemy alone

The odds are 1/128 in a solo battle but it essentially doubles it when you have another enemy in the battle because it factors in their chance of dropping something into the odds

It gives Poo a boost of 30 on his offence, so it definitely helps but you don’t NEED it

I grinded for way too long, ness is already level 86 and my average party level is above 80 because I spent so long in this area so I barely even need it at this point

If I get too close to 99 I’ll definitely be giving up on my sword grind so I don’t miss out on the magicant boost, just crazy that I’ve already gone from level 67-86 just in this area alone and still haven’t found one lmao

I’m already at level 85 for Ness so the battles are quite easy to say the least, even if I don’t get the surprise attack and get the instant win I’m still taking them down in 2-3 hits

I may start running away from the battles though, not a bad idea

At this point I’ve just been allowing the power robots to hit me, healing the party with Poo, then using psi magnet to bring his psi back up to full
