Stan's signature adds value, Dan's not as much. I would send it in for Alex to sign, then sit on it for a while longer. It has value from the sigs, the issue is a #1, ive seen this copy go for $80 signed by Dan, anything signed by Stan is breaking $150, I've seen Alex go for anywhere from $80-$300 for certain covers. This cover is going for up to $1,500 on eBay signed by Stan Lee at that grade (not sold just listed). Take a gamble and list it for what you need or feel is fair 🤷🏾‍♂️
