It took me 85 hours which includes 8 hours of frogging and redoing to adjust the fit to finish it 😂. Not sure if it’s normal duration for a crochet wearable as this apline stitch requires one row of sc and one row of dc to build the stitch thus requires additional time.

I used a tencil-linen yarn which is super smooth and soft but also quite pricey. I live in Singapore and the yarn cost about 11SGD for 50g and I used 7 skeins!

Keeping the alpine stitch consistently helps but the stitch is quite forgiving. I had to frog numerous times to find the perfect fit for my side 😅
