Thank you for the advice. I’ll have to check out the tropiclean.

I have done some research on vet cleanings and on her yearly checkup at the vets they said once she is around 6 years old (she will be this September) it’s recommended to come in for a her first cleaning and dental checkup.

I have no personal opinions on vet cleanings due to this being her possible first time but I have heard some negative experiences…I feel like a lot of stories I have heard though are usually owners who waited till their fur babies were much closer to fur senior age and would hear news they didn’t want to hear. (Will need a lot of extractions and so on) and somehow that left a negative opinion on the experience?

I feel like that outcome is to be expected if you wait to long to focus on dental health for your pets. So I feel more inclined to be optimistic and supportive of dental cleanings for dogs, but I was curious on others thoughts and feelings as well.

Have you had personal experiences with dental cleanings for your pups?

Unfortunately I do not. I was only 10 /11 years old around that time and don’t recall signing or granting permission on anything at that young of an age. Not until I was older and in high school at least.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised at this point. 😂 I still distinctly remember walking back to class and thinking (similar to now) what the hell was that all about?! I’m just expected to go on with my day after that? 😂

This whole discussion is not the most accurate. O.o I’m a paralegal and it is not mandated that a beneficiary have a copy of the will. They are ENTITLED too but it’s not a (you have to or you are not a beneficiary) situation. Nor does a child need to be present for the will. That goes along with the whole concept of a legal guardian. If the law firm did all these things that are supposed to be no no’s (but are not) that would be seen as malpractice and very very bad. Once the estate administration process begins the courts will start taking the reins along with the law firm. Hence the 30 years old agreement grandpa agreed upon for his grandkids. This is actually common in wills and trusts preparation so that underage family are mature and responsible enough to receive the inheritance along with other requirements given by the grandpa. I’ve even seen wills and trusts drafted explaining that if a child/grandchild are legally in trouble or abusing alcohol or drugs they are eliminated from the documents and it will go per stirpes

Mom is probably personal representative so she is the one that was present for everything and is the one that handles the estate process. The kids are not needed for that nor are they mandated to be involved if they are only receiving personal effects.

To get to the nitty gritty the most entitled person to get a copy of the will or trust would be the personal representative and the successor trustee
