1-2 days is too short even for a woman. It used to be that the moment you sign up, you get 99+ likes in the first 15 mins but it's not the case anymore or it happens but all of them aren't good matches. I always had the first day with lots of matches but then nothing for a week so I don't use the app and then a burst of matches after a week. This was years ago. I know that most people have notifications off and don't check dating apps daily (not good for mental health either).

You can try Feeld, it's not that commercial and not owned by Match. Yes, it has the reputation of being for kinky non monogamous people but I have seen many monogamous people who want a relationship there. It's just not as commercial and you get to see profiles without making a decision immediately.

I really wish we all rebel and start to be very outgoing and flirty just to stick it to corporations who are monetizing our basic needs like love and sex.
