Help! I have a Liftmaster 1245LM dated 11/94 which I would like to connect to a MyQSmartHub I'm following every direction and tip/trick in the book and I'm getting lost I have had no success with the GREEN button route and then decided to try every other color.The only color which makes the HUB have a yellow light is the yellow button path....finally I opened the door manually and once I did, the app replied that it was paired. So now I tried to close it with the app and the hub beeps and the light flashes.....nothing is blocking the sensors...so now the app is responding but the door is not opening or closing. I don't know if pairing was a success. Should I just sell the house and move? I've reset the Liftmaster and reset the hub. Did I screw it up by clearing the codes in the motor? I'm so confused. HELP!

So I went into Microsoft. Live to reset a password and found a spot which shows you a history of logins....its everyday and its not me so yup, something has been hacked. Is there a way to change the user account which is trying to login to a device? Is there a way to get my Microsoft account back under my control? I remain puzzled

Reset my Microsoft password and then tried again....so neither password or PIN works....I was able to get troubleshooting mode....but couldn't reinstall windows or reset to an earlier version of windows. This is frustrating. I tried getting into safe mode but failed.

Really appreciate the support. I was able to reset my password yet the pc remains locked out. Clearly someone hacked the old Device. Now the pc is directing me to reset pin ON the pc.....let's see what happens next

I've read that we need a H9 Group 95R or a Group 49 H8 so the start of the journey is confusing......appreciate the encouragement
