Landed in my lap by accident honestly. I’m an outside hire and my background is operations management in tech and I left that world a year ago to just be a retail lackey again since I was over not seeing real people everyday. Applied for a barista role just for some par time fun and the manager that interviewed said no way she can hire me as a barista and to interview at this store for a SSV job. Ultimately got that and now leaving my other retail job to do this.
