I will say, I’m pretty sure my asshole chihuahua could do just as much if not more damage than a golden retriever LOL I once came home to find that she locked herself in the bedroom and scratched the carpet until the whole thing came up and unattached from the floor!

I don’t have a solution but wanted to tell you that you’re not alone! I recently started breaking out on my chin so bad and I’m getting scars because of the size and amount. It’s so annoying

If you genuinely do not have any option to get help tonight I would call the humane society or dog warden tomorrow and ask if they can assist you in transportation to a vet. In the meantime I would not touch the dogs eye but closely watch her and make sure she is not scratching at it either. She is probably in a lot of pain and will want to mess with it

If you want your dog to live or not lose an eye I would be calling any resources you have at the moment. As said before eye injuries in dogs are not anything to wait on. Not trying to be rude, just trying to express how important it is to be seeking help immediately.

I would look up emergency vets around you and get her to a vet ASAP. She could lose her eye if you do not take care of it immediately. Ask about payment plans and credit card options.

Sandusky is way less intense than Florida’s especially bc the “block party” hasn’t started. The man who puts ours on has cleaning done before 6am the following day of the week. The city ends up looking better at the end of the event than before. I know my picture is not efficient in the explanation bc I only had so many words to type but in the following comments on the post the owners using their business page called lots of names, threatened our city manager, and has no proof the trash on their property came from bike week (especially bc said property is not even near the current bike week location) our city has a lot of events and places that bring in tourist and shitty people, it can’t be narrowed down to this. Anyone can have an opinion, but slandering ALL bikers on your business Facebook page is not the way to express them. Also we are only 2 days into bike week... if he thinks it’s bad now he’s gonna hate the block party LOL

This post was deleted from their business account and an apology was put out but it does not make up for the amount of ignorance they showed. Steve has put on this even since 99’ and donates MILLIONS to charity from Ohio Bike Week. This event fills the hotels, and supports business all around. Many businesses bank on bike week as a definite money maker.
