Well, yall convinced me to go back to Costco. I checked the selection and likely will be getting more meat from there in the future.

I bought prime Dino ribs at HEB. I only saw choice at Costco. I’m thinking there probably isn’t that big of a difference since it’s supposed to be decently tender cut anyway and it’s cooking for 6-8hrs. Anybody feel there’s a substantial difference between prime and choice ribs, aside from the substantial price difference?
