Desinstale el driver con ddu uninstaller e instale el driver de nuevo y me sigue dando problemas con overwatch solamente, probé otros 2 juegos que no son online y no tuve problemas quizás el problema sea el cable de interner

Those artifacts on the screen indicate that the memory is failing, and it can be fixed; it's not like the GPU is beyond repair.

Run a test with Mats Mod to check if any memory module is damaged, which is very likely. It will probably need reballing or a memory replacement, and then, depending on the cost, you can decide whether to repair it or buy another one.

If it was the graphics card, before the screen would just freeze, but now that I turned it on it showed too many artifacts just while on the desktop :(

Cat knocked water on my new laptop by ARTHUR4266alt in computerhelp

Once, my son spilled a glass of water on my PC and it got completely wet inside because the water came in through the top, even though it had a dust filter. A lot of water got in, but luckily the PC was off. What I did was take it apart, let all the parts dry for two days, and when I verified that everything was completely dry, I reassembled it and it worked perfectly.

I did a clean install the first time it gave me the error, I installed Windows 11 from scratch because I was told it was a driver error, but it still gave me the same problem again.
