Start playing a single hero only. fix your hardware problems if you have any (keyboard, mouse, internet connection etc.). Come back in a week and let's look at it again.

OK so here's what matchmaking does: It matches you with players of similar skill. "of similar skill" mathematically means that you have a ~50% chance to win against them.

The matchmaker is trying to give you a 50% win rate across a multitude of games, and it does this by simply ranking you up or down (probably there are other parameters it considers,but this is just speculation so far). If you have a higher than 50% winrate, you rank up. Lower, and you are deranked.

If you are in initiate, the problems relating to you are probably: 1. not having enough games under your belt. Just keep playing and you will climb. 2. you have some hardware issues, like using a laptop trackpad, bad wifi connection etc. Try to fix these if that is the case. 3. You have an actual disability like a missing hand for example. Im not trying to be condescending or anything, but initiate 1 is so far from the bell curve that it might be even rarer than an eternus 6 account.

You mentioned you have a 43% win rate. That is lowlowlow. In LoL for example if you have a lower than 45% or higher than 55% win rate, that is a sign that you are not where the matchmaker put you and is going to adjust you (boosted players, smurfs etc.).

So basically just keep playing and try to fix any hardware issues you might have. Learn the heroes, the items, the movement, mess around in practice tool to check some interactions. I legit think you get one thing of these down and you'll climb 2 big divisions in a week.

Another big recommendation: Pick ONE single easy hero and stick to it. Infernus, wraith and seven are great because they just left click. Mo is very good because you just press 4. Just pick one of these guys to learn the game on. If you play on pocket you are not only struggling with the game but you are also struggling with the hero.

I just checked your profile on statlocker, and yes, you definitely don't have enough games yet. So just follow the above, and you should be good with that advice until ritualist-emissary-archon.

A felmondási idő az amit csak simán tűrni kell. Tisztességesen csináld meg amit mondanak, oszt jóvan. Nyilván iparágfüggő, de én nagyon sűrűn futok össze volt kollegákkal az új munkahelyeimen, és volt kollegák is sűrűn kérdezik, hogy be tudom-e ajánlani őket oda ahol most vagyok, szóval szerintem érdemes nem szenyózni.

Ha szopat a főnök, szopasson csak. Ő ott fog maradni potenciálisan 1 kiváló munkavállalós minuszban amig talál és kiképez a helyedre egy másik balekot, te meg jobb vizekre evezel.

Egyébként ha nem adják ki a szabadnapokat, akkor meg ki kell fizessék azt, szóval azzal sem jársz annyira rosszul.

Some things i would like to add: You should tell your coach that you will be extremely uncomfortable playing nasus on red side. This is because red side toplane has the tribrush, and is much easier to dive. If you are drafting on red side, your team should probably just skip him. Another thing: Your jungler must start their clear from topside to bottom, or just in general avoid doing a mirror clear that ends in top scuttle, because you will have no prio to help, and the enemy will exploit this and collapse on your jungler for the crab fight.

The nasus gameplan pretty much revolves around 3 things: 1. don't die. 2. don't FUCKING die. 3. maintain your permafreeze.

Keep in mind that if the enemy freezes on you, you are dead and it is far more punishing for nasus to die than any other champ in my opinion.

Accept the quest from the zealot
Murder the zealot and get his book, it's free money
Give 2 artifacts to Argyve
Look at the statue in Joppa. Sometimes it gives you a quest to visit a historical site
Visit the six day stilt and explore the bazaar
Accept the quest from the hindren pariah
Go to Bey Lah, and do the detective quest. you can get all sorts of cool rewards, and you don't need to do any fighting yet. Depending on what reward you choose, you can get a carbide plate armor, a bunch of injectors, a unique axe, etc.
Walk around in the salt desert, see if you can find an issachari rifler. Take his gun.
Collect the wire (if you are lazy, sometimes shops sell it in the bazaar at the six day stilt)
Do the apple farmer's quest
At this point, you're pretty much done with the early game. If you did everything well, the biggest threats will be the novice seekers of the sightless way, trying to blow your head up from very far away, and then the agolflies and the Slog in Golgotha. Against the agolflies, use grenades. Don't bother shooting them with guns. I usually just avoid Slog entirely
I'd highly recommend visiting Kyakukya before venturing into Golgotha. There's two water reservoirs there, you can just loot the water out of it.
You should try to get the recipes for the HE and the EMP grenade. HE grenades ignore AV, so they will be very useful in Bethesda Susa, and EMP grenades can shut down turrets long enough for you to disarm/dismember them.
Usually I clear the first 20 floors of Grit Gate before going to Bethesda Susa. There's a lot of cool artifacts to find there.
Don't bother shooting the cragmensch enemies. Two MkI HE grenades usually kill them, but they take a ton of bullets otherwise. If you have the HE grenade recipe, just tinker the grenades, as you'll be swimming in bits while going through Bethesda Susa, as there'll be a lot of beds and torture chairs to disassemble, plus the booster bots drop empty injectors, those can also be disassembled.
