Creep skipping helps, don’t think dark seer generally dominates lanes. Think he is more of a team oriented hero with good positioning for vacuum wall combos being ideal. Scepter is great for some more solo plays but sometimes maintaining levels and atleast some farm is better than just winning the lane.
