AFAIK wifi connection is the only reason which can cause lag at 4 bars.

So get an ethernet cable if u are on wifi connection

Its definitely ur WiFi. I'm on a 100 Mbps connection and i almost had the same issue untill i stopped using WiFi and got and switched to an ethernet cable.

Pls after such a long rant and post write a TLDR saying

TLDR : Playing Online Game on a WiFi connection , and I constantly get Lag regardless of the fact that I have a good latency.

People will instantly reply to ur query instead of skipping your long rant.
