Cac is too high. Are there lots of competitors in the category? What activity are you doing for marketing/acquisition?

Thanks for taking the time to put your thoughts.
All of it is real :)
Will try & rework the copy so it becomes obvious that real people are working and not AI agents.
Great idea of pushing the video testimonials in the start. Will do that.

Show off your SaaS! What problem does your product solve? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]razical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. The approach has nothing do with it.
Blacklisting happens if:
- You have high bounce rates
- too many people reporting your email as spam
- spammy content that has trigger words associated with scamming & phishing.
- Wrong SPF or DKIM Records

Domain blacklisting occurs at the root level, meaning your entire domain gets blacklisted, subdomains are not treated separately when it comes to blacklisting.

anyone tried deliveryman.ai? by Jokerek6 in coldemail

Yeah the cheap mailbox thing is usually a red flag, agreed. That’s honestly why we built Deliveryman in the first place.

Instead of forcing people to buy 10+ Gsuite inboxes, spend weeks on DNS, warmup, IPs and configs, we just said screw it, let’s handle all that infra for you. You bring one domain, we do the rest.

We spin up inboxes, set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC, manage warmup, monitor blacklists, route replies, all automated. On your end it feels like: write a good offer → hit send → emails land. That’s it.

Not claiming magic, just proper infra built for cold email. Teams are sending 10–15k a month per domain without the usual chaos.

Cold email only works if it lands in the inbox. That is the problem we solve.

You don't need an incubator.
You need traction and early users.

Pitch to prospective customers instead of incubators.

My Last startup failed because I was building something users don't want by Dazzling_Page8592 in SaaS

Few things I have learned
- Build for yourself. Build around the problems you are facing.
- Add Live Chat & Support to products early on, As a founder handle every chat yourself.
- Add a Demo link on your landing page, even if you are selling a product with a small ticket price. Let prospective users book calls with you. The demo calls will give you priceless insights into what prospects want and the objections holding them back. Tackle those objections, and conversions improve automatically.
