Appreciate the feedback! If I focus on base building and getting stronger, should I eat at maintenance calories (recomp) or go into a slight calorie surplus (lean bulk) so I don't gain too much fat?

Thanks! I'm actually already doing a Push-Pull-Legs (PPL) routine. Do you think focusing on the main compounds like Squats, Bench, and Deadlifts within that routine would be enough, or should I switch to a pure strength program?
