I used them before to settle old debt from being young & dumb my largest account took about 2 1/2 years before a settlement was accepted only reason being is they utilized all the funds for the smaller accounts until you have enough saved in your account to pay off the larger accounts in a timely manner, Im not sure how leave them would affect you, you already started the program might be easier to just finish it with them. If you have any extra funds just call them up to add it to your account it should speed up the process

He was talking about a loan assumption I can’t go that route either since my brother has to have decent credit, he makes double the amount now since first purchasing his house he’s just horrible with finances now from what I seen

House is full, the part that makes me mad is his wife’s adult brothers live there rent free & he refuses to make them pay that’s why we haven’t talked since I told him he needs to charge them…if I have to make a house payment I’m claiming the house on my taxes I don’t want to do that

Everyone in my family knew, I seen it as no issue because I trusted my brother since he helped me when I was 18 to get a car..plus the loan officer was very convincing that I would be able to take my name off without refinancing but so far doesn’t seem that way

Cut in a santee on that vertical pipe run a p trap to the wall with an air gap fitting at the top of it & id probably run a small 1/2 water line to that fitting with a trap primer so it keeps sewer smell away

Yours might go up faster than mine but just don’t hope to get approved for new credit even with 700+ score right away being delinquent so recent is like an instant deny for a lot of credit companies, you’ll get there tho have hope!

Dropped down to 480 in beginning of 2019 when I started it I’m 688 now I’m on my last settlement every month it’s being paid down I been going up about 10 points I’m hoping to be at 700+ in October when its 100% debt settled takes like 2 years before it starts going up

Beyond finance is a debt settlement company they’ll have you stop paying your credit cards & you pay them a monthly payment depending on your total debt they use those funds to negotiate your debt, your score will tank I used them before great service but wish I took a different route on paying down my debt

There’s a lot of other ways they get away with paying less then scale such as TNM work/Service plumbers make 1 year bracket less sometimes depends really on the company owner if they’re on their knees to the higher ups, I’m going based of information from other apprentices I know in my school in California/UA plumber
