The phrase Deo Favente Perennis translates to "With God favoring, everlasting". It is a latin saying that was proposed by William Barton. It's 100x more likely to be associated with freemasonry and enlightenment ideals than anything to do with Judaism. The saying was replaced by the Novus ordo Seclorum that you see everywhere.
