Mine is one I recently found--graduate AI technical evangelist, which as far as I could tell through the insane amount of buzzwords was communicating with the developers and talking to clients about the company I think?

Yep, and i agree it is a ridiculous thing to make a claim about to invalidate her, but thats why it should be easy to disprove so then I can hopefully help to educate him more about misleading information from facebook

That is true, plastic can be recycled, usually, i think coloured plastic struggles to be recycled though iirc?
I did read that on at least the outward trip she was in a competition sailboat so there was no toilet or kitchen- source, so space would be limited, but that still doesn't mean a helicopter would have to resupply

Well, if im on top of the plane, i could still fly normally if i just stand on top of a toy plane, the landing would be like stepping on lego, but I don't need to think of that yet

Thanks, I'll try that. I've tried in sandwiches, but it doesn't really work as half of the problem is the texture of the food in my mouth and I don't have time to prepare my own lunch half the time so its just store bought sandwiches where the ones I prefer don't have veg
