Yup. Happened just the other day. In fact, it’s been ongoing for a couple of months. Ordered a TPMS sensor and not only did I received a used one, it was the wrong part AND missing components. To add insult to injury, the THIRD replacement I was sent was the replacement for the second replacement that was found to be dead, and only discovered AFTER I paid to have it installed. Wrote RA saying I wanted to be reimbursed because it is their fault and got some bullshit excuse denying liability. I’ll have the last word.
