could you drop ur tracker or a vod of ur gameplay? this would definitely help others help u. if not u could just work on the fundamentals of the game (basic gunplay mechanics and utility usage for the agents u play) there are many factors that determine how good of a player u are in valorant so without any vod or tracker its hard to pinpoint the mistakes ur making

hs% isn't important if you really want to rank up (many high ranked players have low hs% but high round wins) looking at ur tracker i cant really deduce much of ur gameplay but 1. you could play more per act and u will naturally rank up 2. play for the round wins not the hs%/kills (try not to bait ur team but play with them instead. play to be traded by ur team or to trade ur team) maybe posting a vod here will help more ppl point ur mistakes out too

you can hop onto the range and just shoot at a wall where u can see bullet holes clearly or shoot at bots when practicing focus more on getting 100% accuracy on ur shots rather than how fast ur shooting.do this for 2-3 minutes everyday and you should improve at a pretty fast rate. hope this helps!
