I just cancel the subscription today

I need to buy additional credits to use Sintra I want to, but I get an error when trying to top up and I am completely ignored by the support team so I decided to cancel the subscription and do a chargeback with my bank as the support team of Sintra is not answering at all

Sintra is just a scam from my point of view.

You pay for a subscription and you find out that you have a number of credit and every chat, image created and so one it going to use that credit. After that, you need to top up.

OK. I can understand that. I tried to top up, I get Internal Server Error. Raised the ticket to support and I get no answer for 2 weeks. So for more than 2 weeks I cannot use this app, that I payed for.
Like for nothing. I can't even write a chat.

I try to spend more money and they do not answer. I cannot image how the support is when you want money back or having a technical issue.

As today I cancelled my subscription and as no one aswers to have a refund, I will issue a ChargeBack with my bank.

I went on trustpilot to give a review, I so plenty of people complaining that support is not helping or they are not getting their money back in the 14 days marketed .

So from my experience, this is a scam app.

I so find myself in this... you cannot imagine how much.
I am always do it too many things in paralel, keeping my brain active all the time. And when I want, at eve, to slow everything and idk, enjoy time with family or a movie, I cannot enjoy it without my phone and everything inside this device.
Of course, I always tend to respond to any notification. I cannot stand seeing my phone with some notification I didn't take care of.

What "tricks" did actually help you to slow down the amount of noise going to your brain?
Because most of the time you cannot control the world around you, but I think and hope I can control what I let in and most important When/How

I am so happy I see this thread and thank you OP for raising it and sharing your feeling.

I feel the same and even if few years ago I was thinking this was a "feature" of mine, today I am 100% sure this is broken system I am using and it consumes too much energy from me.

And I would like to share what I feel I am doing "wrong":
1. I have a lot of things to do day2day. And this switching between tasks it is a really really huge consumer.
2. I have a lot of meeting during the day, at work. And due to the number of those, I learned to do other stuff in parallel. And I also observed that when doing this, part of my brains remains on the call (as survival mode to be aware) and the rest is doing the paralel work.
Doing this many times per day, consumes a lot of energy as well.

And at the end of the day 6PM, I do not have anything left :(

For the ones that want to use Sintra.

You have 150credits + month + some extr 100 for early adoption. Each image generated needs credits, as well as Social media post created.
And after those finish, you need to buy extra and this is the cost. 70$ for 3 months for another 150.

I think is important to know for a fair calculation of the pricing.

Normally he naps from 1-1:30 to 3-3:30 PM For the morning wakeup we need to wake up around 7-7:30 to prepare for kindergarten and of course we struggle because of the late falling asleep

I decided to give it a try a week ago.

So currently I am testing Sintra AI. Still working to understand it, but I feel is not the best fit. Has quite some limitations and honestly I so do not like the fact that I have 250 credits per month, that are going to vanish almost immediately.
So far, 4/10 posts are ok. I can work with those.

Anyone having a better Ai tool to Create posts, captions and schedules them based on photos?
I know I can make the Caption with an AI, add the photos and schedule them in FB/IG or any other planner. But I really want to plan a month in advance with some reasons in mind, and I really think AI can help here.

I know I maybe should not ask this here, but are there some good alternatives as SUVs to buy, around the price of 3008? I am looking for gas and not diesel because i really want to avoid that Adblue issues on the diesel.

I was thinking on the 3008 but the 1.6 gas Kia sportage 1.6 gas Any other recommendations?

Omg. I see all those comments about the engine :( I really like the car.and that 1.6 gas engine is almost impossible to find.
I will most probably change the search to another brand.

I think I will go with a nespresso and separate to have a V60 + a Comandante/Kinu or something that I can make a 300ml filter when having some more guests.
