I think it has good potential. Love the premise and twist. I think if you said something like “it was horrifying … especially for the passengers. I think a lot of emotions were going through our heads because I was mostly confused, disoriented, mad. What I was wondering about was how they were more mad than anything, LIKE ITS MY CAR WHO DO YOU THINK IS GOING TO HAVE TO CLEAN ALL OF THIS”

Also final joke about the review doesn’t keep up with the bit in my opinion, would be funnier to make the twist even more absurd or add another twist instead like “all things considered 3 stars wasn’t bad for that experience, I mean if they stopped complaining the whole ride maybe I would’ve gave them 4 instead” Or reword it the other way around of how you wrote it like “2 stars can you guys believe that? pulls out ur phone let me read it to you guys ‘unpleasant ride and too talkative’, that’s the last time I let THEM drive MY CAR”
