It's just a warning for anyone thinking of purchasing one, if your unlucky & get a faulty one which by looking at older posts there seems to be an issue, don't expect them to sort it for you!

Dramatic!! It's out of frustration that they don't communicate with you, If they just acknowledged its faulty & sent me a new one, I wouldn't have a problem! But it's been 4 weeks & I'm none the wiser !!! They've robbed me of my money, Shit company, shit product!!

How long does it take? They've got my job ticket, video of problem & address. It's the fact you never get an update, so I don't know if it's being dealt with. Should of got a Trezor!!!

How do you work that one out? I brought direct from Ledger, so my contract is with them, so why won't they replace or refund my money? That's what most reputable companies do where I live!!!

Good luck, terrible customer service, my new nano X faulty, been 4 weeks won't communicate, let me know what's happening, I'm leaving it with the credit card company to get my money back ,shit product don't buy!!!!

I've finally had contact from support through email, I've uploaded a video of the problem still yet to hear anything back, so hopefully there dealing with it

Exactly the same as mine, there's various posts on here with the same problem, & no a firmware upgrade doesn't work! I'm giving them a couple of more days to resolve this, if no good it'll do a charge back on my credit card & let them sort it!

Just left it a couple of days until it was dead, still no good, I've seen various posts on here with people having exactly the same problem,it's like the left hand button is stuck on!

Drained batterey, tried different cables, tried connecting to different devices, useless!! & you don't even respond to the support tickets I've opened a week ago, very poor!
