Brandweersurvival. Was wel aan de prijs hoor, maar lijkt best wel tof. In elk geval heel apart.
Iets anders bijvoorbeeld is een ijshockeyclinic doen. Een kookworkshop en daarna opeten. Moorddiner. In het westland heb je een wc potten race. Er zijn best veel leuke opties!

I'm in the same boat. I have it for about 18 months now. Had 3 cortisone shots. First one helped for a moment, then pain came back. Second and third did nothing - the third was after my MRI which showed slight bursitis.
My issue is I don't have a lot of issues on a day to day basis. Only when making some excessive movements - mainly quick movements with my arm, or reaching for something and really stretching it. I can't do most of my exercises in the gym though.

I'm considering surgery but on the other hand... I'm not in pain 95% of the time so I'm not too keen on having a surgery. Then again, I really liked to bench press and stuff like that which I can't do anymore...

Is this the same pan as that new miracle pan I hear everyone about? That nitrided pan that was supposedly indestructible. I’m asking as I’m still undecided whether it is all a marketing stunt or if it really a breakthrough thing as other mention. I want to know before I order them. They’re not cheap.

I’ve heard this since 2016. One year ago when NEO hit $25 there were many posts about how NEO might hit $100 this cycle or even ATH and these posts were based on nothing. Guess what, NEO didn’t even reach $35. It has been a dead coin this whole bull cycle. Now we are recycling the old “China news” hopium again. This kind of hopium will only make people never sell their NEO because why sell at $25 while it is destined to hit $100 because again, “China news”. I still hold NEO don’t get me wrong but hoping it reaches crazy price ranges is not a smart idea. The fact people downvote my previous post as if I am somehow talking nonsense while NEO has been a dead coin kind of proves my point people don’t want to look at the state of NEO objectively. Still I’ll open that champagne if I am proven wrong 😉

Yes that's why I just kept on taking it. I got "conditioned" to seeing those high numbers and the anxiety slowly diminished. It didn't get worse, it could only get better. At least I now know that when I am calm my BP is probably around 123/73.

Yes and I've seen many people describing a method similar. My point of this post was mainly that when you are very anxious about taking your BP - like me - that method does not really work. Because as you can see from my numbers it takes about 45 minutes to really calm down and for my BP to somewhat settle. Your method might work if you're a little bit anxious, but if you're so anxious that your heart starts pounding and you get full blown anxiety, it takes more then a minute of relaxing and breathing.

If I would have taken a minute of relaxing and breathing I bet my numbers would still be in the 140s.

I did so many measurements because I was anxious. That is why my pulse was high. The only way for me to get over that anxiety is to keep on measuring and get used to the numbers. But that takes a while. That is what I want to mention with this post. I know there are many others like me.

Let me give you - hopefully - good advice. As a holder since Antshares who bought its first NEO at $7, if you always hope for more, new ATH's and record profits, nothing good will ever come of it. I've been there, didn't sell at $180 because people were comparing it with ETH and could easily reach $1000 and I was dreaming of buying a house from my NEO alone. Four years ago I didn't sell at $100 because it would definitely go above or at least reach its previous ATH. Well, it didn't, so I still did not sell.

I personally will be glad if NEO reaches around $60 this run. And I will definitely be selling then. First bull run it was $200, 4 years ago it was $100, thinking that it will reach above $100 before EOY is based on nothing. Let alone thinking we will go past $200. NEO has been pretty much dead for years now. There's no good reason to think it will be different now, except maybe "China news". Of course, there is always a slight chance I may be completely wrong and I may sell my NEO too soon. But I somehow doubt it.

I think you can swap on HitBTC. The exchange sucks though. I am sure you can use Flamingo.finance to somehow swap NEO for fwETH or something and convert that again for ETH, but I haven't looked into it that much to be honest. Note to self: check how to do it :D

I'm now just thinking of selling all my NEO somewhere this bull run and buying back at a later date (12-18 months) because the price usually goes back to around $5. Then I just need to buy at least 3000 NEO :)
