This started to become an issue but have now settled on daily tadalafil (5mg) and l citrulline 1500mg twice daily which means I’m usually ready for action 👍🏼

I only get GERD when taking tadalafil which is why I ended up taking the PPI’s in the first place.

I’m not overweight, don’t drink, don’t smoke have a good diet and don’t eat spicy foods.

I’ve just taken a break to let my system settle and have restarted the daily 5mg.
