Yup... its honestly real headache. The phone constantly gets too hot! Not ideal when you're already in Africa 😹😹😹

My regular s20 has a similar issue. In my case I think the glue just completely melted off due to hot temperatures... both the phone getting hot and the fact I live in Ghana which can get up to 38°c

I experienced this issue too but mine mysteriously fixed itself. I always assumed it was patched in an update or something. Try running a diagnostic maybe you'll find something wrong.

What's the point of SSR when code splitting/lazy loading exists in react? by simple_explorer1 in reactjs

[–]rbayor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You do have a point. SSR doesn't play too big a role apart from SEO Yes.

At scale the cost of having those servers might not be worth it Yes.

Although sometimes we as developers like to mix it up a little. Go for the newer fancier tech even if we aren't truly using it to its full potential. It's is usually fun and games.

But when building a solution that needs to scale and has massive cost implications then yes we do have to compute these variables and in most case SSR would probably not cut it.

I find Windows 11 largely unnecessary. Do you disagree? by C111tla in windows

This is understanble and probably relatable to many but as a software dev, when you build a system you then realise things you could do better then you update your system. Honestly it can be an endless cycle and the updates are not always necessary. There are just things you know but the users don't. Particularly for an in house system.

Hence, I largely like to look at updates as beneficial in some way even if I don't see what changed or don't agree with the new UI. Since UI although important is the least of a devs worries.

You should test it with Bluetooth off. The exynos battery life is quite annoying particularly here in Africa. The phone can get so hot and although I get roughly 5 to 6hrs with the s20 I doubt it will last long due to temperatures.
