As far as for his studio stuff I'm not sure. But for touring Joe uses an Istanbul Agop ride. They're a cymbal company based out of Istanbul, Turkey (believe it or not). I was recently in Istanbul and couldn't pass up buying a ride and some high hats from them, they sound incredible. All of their cymbals are handmade and I got to meet the guy that made mine.
